Anime Expo Hosts Fuji TV Producer Yōko Matsuzaki

Anime Expo announced on Tuesday that it will host Fuji TV general manager Yōko Matsuzaki. Matsuzaki will participate in a Fuji TV panel about its +Ultra programming block on July 6 at 4:30 p.m. Manga artist Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, director Hiro Kaburagi, scriptwriter Ryota Kosawa, Wit Studio president and CEO George Wada, and BONES studio president Masahiko Minami will join Matsuzaki to announce a new project and screen the first episode of Bones' Carole & Tuesday anime.
Matsuzaki has had a long career producing both live-action and anime series for Fuji TV. She was involved in the launch of Fuji TV's +Ultra and Noitamina programming blocks. Anime Matsuzaki has produced include the long-running Sazae-san and One Piece series, as well as Psycho-Pass, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, After the Rain, The Promised Neverland, and Sarazanmai.
This year's Anime Expo will take place from July 4 to 7 at the Los Angeles Convention Center and the surrounding area.
