This wasn't a bad VN to manga adaptation imo.

I wish the show's site was more clear on how many episodes the anime will be because some I've read it being 12 and others that it will be 24 with an OVA.

Kadmos, vol 6, the final solicited BD volume in Japan lists it will have episodes 12 and 13 on it.

So for this series, that is the number of episodes it will have (probably 12 TV + 1 OVA).
