Vertical Inc's Ed Chavez had kind of a hard time being heard over the din of the convention, but her had plenty to talk about:  announcements such as the new Vertical Comics imprint, Ajin volume 1 launching this past weekend (during New York Comic-Con) and a partnership with Crunchyroll to help bring out simultaneous releases so more people can enjoy this series. Attack on Titan – Before the Fall: Kyklo and Attack on Titan: Harsh Mistress of the City light novels were also announced, to the delight of the audience.

Witch Craft Works and Garden of Words are now available, with titles such as Prophecy and My Neighbor Seki coming out in November 2014 and January 2015, respectively.

For those who love art, Dream Fossil – the complete stories of Satoshi Kon – will be on sale Summer 2015, and A Sky Longing for Memories – The Art of Makoto Shinkai will be on sale May 2015.
