For the final time, although it looks like the last episodes will air in October thanks to that 4-week break caused by the Toei hack.

I'm watching dragon quest but I didn't vote for it because, at this point, it's better to just review the show in batches or all at once than weekly.

The only noteworthy, new show to not make it in is Arsnotoria, but I'm not surprised. Meanwhile, the only show I voted for that didn't get in is Vermeil.

Also, glad Rebecca is continuing her reviews of Danmachi

Some of my picks didn't make it, most notably Black Summoner and Utawarerumono Mask of Truth. I can see why some viewers passed over the former, as it starts like the generic isekai, but the manga is actually pretty good and the anime's production values are higher than for the average isekai.

The latter is based on a sequel of a relatively niche VN/SRPG, so I'm not that surprised to see it miss the cutoff too. But it's unfortunate I won't be able to read a weekly analysis here of its deep and involved story.

I'm sad Vermeil didn't get chosen for daily reviews. It's actually got a pretty complex story.

But I'm happy all of my other choices were picked.

Of the 27 series I haven't dropped yet, 16 made the cut. Pretty good result; I don't care that much for the ones that missed, except Luminous Witches.

Although can't deny I'm curious to read the reviews for Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World(webnovel/manga reader here), it probably would make more sense to do a review of the home video/uncensored release at a later date...

I hope someone will be brave enough to license the novels...

Hooray for Pretty Cure and Mew Mew!

Christopher, I'm so sorry that you have to watch Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World.

I'm in the same boat. It's not unexpected that Utawarerumono wouldn't make it but at the same time I was kinda curious how those who aren't familiar with the game would see this show.

I kind of agree. While I'm sure it won't happen because of legality reasons, we all known the masses aren't watching the Crunchy version lol.

I'm glad to see Engage Kiss made the cut. It seems like alot of people were turned off by Episode 1 and 2, but episode 3 really spins things around and gives dome really interesting context for the first 2 episodes.

Oh Uncle From Another World is getting reviews? It hasn't shown up in Your Score these last two weeks so I thought ANN didn't consider it to be streaming or something (I've no idea of the sourcing of the subs I downloaded so I assumed they were fan-subbed)

I am surprised that Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World made it in. Not so much because of its subject matter, but because Crunchyroll is streaming it censored. Who would want to watch that? I am not.
